PrintLondon Strategic Housing provides accommodation for people who are in employment. We offer a number of shared apartments across London with a private ensuite bedroom and shared living facilities. We also have self-contained and family accommodation available located in London and St Albans.
Eligibility criterion applies for this type of accommodation:
- Households with a total income of less than £66,000 a year who cannot afford to buy a suitable home on the open market without assistance
- Applicants must be able to afford 80 per cent of the local market rent without further assistance e.g. Housing benefit
- You will be required to complete a financial assessment.
How do I make an accommodation enquiry?
If you are interested in living with us and would like to find out about availability in any of our homes then you will need to make an accommodation enquiry.
We recommend that you do this by filling in the accommodation enquiry form . This form will be sent straight through to our Customer services team who will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
