• Seeking growth and development opportunities through the Network Housing Group Development Committee
• Service a defined market and working with our external partners to grow our business
• Take every opportunity to work with and benefit from being an integral part of the Network Housing Group
• Involve our customers, partners and local communities in shaping our services
• Set challenging but achievable targets for customer service, efficiency and effectiveness
• Making a positive commitment and contribution to the global challenge of environmental sustainability
• Developing a brand and image based on the ideals of being an RSL providing good quality affordable housing and recognised as a trusted asset manager, a low cost operator, innovative and commercially aware.
